At Healing Traditions, we organize educational retreats and culturally-rich workshops that bridge traditional healing practices with modern approaches to wellness. Through storytelling, music, movement, art, and shared experiences, participants are invited to explore their own resilience and build lasting well-being practices.

As we grow, our vision is to reach healthcare professionals across the U.S., offering meaningful, culturally immersive experiences that restore balance and reignite purpose. Vision
Healing Traditions was born from a shared dream to create a space for healing, reflection, and renewal for those who care for others.​
Founded by Anjal Pong and Wendy Lee, two healthcare professionals with over 35 years of combined experience, Healing Traditions blends cultural wisdom with a passion for supporting healthcare workers' well-being. As a nurse and hula practitioner and an education leader and musician, Anjal and Wendy offer experiences that nourish the mind, body, and spirit.​ After witnessing the toll of burnout in healthcare, they envisioned retreats where healthcare workers could disconnect, reconnect with themselves, and draw strength from cultural traditions and community.
