With more than 20 years of nursing experience, Dawn believes that meaningful relationships are the foundation of exceptional patient care and professional growth. She develops communication-focused educational programs that empower healthcare professionals to lead with empathy, mentor others with intention, and build healthy, connected teams through reflection, coaching, and simulation.

Michael Rogers, BSN, RN, NPD-BC, CCRN, CNRN, SCRN
Michael Rogers has been an ICU nurse for 15 years. He’s board certified in critical care, neuroscience, nursing professional development, and stroke care nursing, Michael is passionate about building resilience and strong "emotional cores" in nurses who support patients on some of the most challenging days of their lives.

Cultural Practitioner
Kawika Alfiche
Kawika was formally recognized as a Kumu Hula (master hula teacher) over 25 years ago and is the director of the Kaululehua Hawaiian Cultural Center in SSF and Napa. His school, Halau o Keikiali'i has students from all over the world who perform and teach globally. He is a composer and recording artist striving to perpetuate traditional Hawaiian culture.
